Your custom logo on our hats. These hats are the popular, stylish, and comfortable Richardson 115 Low Profile mesh-back trucker hats. Available in many different color options.

ORDERING PROCESS:
1. CHOOSE YOUR QUANTITY & COLOR
Bulk discounts apply—higher quantities mean a lower cost per hat. If you need a specific quantity not listed, please contact us for a custom order.

2. LOGO SETUP & EMBROIDERY DETAILS
No setup fees! The cost of logo digitization is included in our pricing. Each order includes one embroidered logo (up to 10,000 stitches). Additional embroidery locations (side/back) are available at an extra cost. It is recommended you send us your logo before placing an order to confirm its compatibility with embroidery. Highly detailed or complex designs may not translate well or may not be workable -simpler logos usually work best.

3. LOGO SUBMISSION
To ensure the best quality embroidery, please send a high-resolution version of your logo via:

📩 Etsy Message: Attach your logo directly in a message.
Please include any relevant details such as preferred placement (Left Panel, Right Panel, Center, Back, etc.) and any specific color requests.

✔️ Preferred File Types: Vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS, PNG) are ideal but not required.
📏 Size Restrictions: Maximum front embroidery height is 2.00 - 2.15" inches due to hat curvature. Logos with very small text or intricate details may not embroider clearly. If any concerns arise, we will contact you before production.

4. PROOF & APPROVAL
After placing your order, we manually convert your logo into a stitch file for embroidery.
A digital mockup will be sent for your approval—please respond promptly to avoid any production
delays.

PROCESSING TIME:
Order fulfillment times vary based on our current workload. Most orders are completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. However, processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

INVENTORY:
Stock levels for certain hat colors fluctuate frequently. Some availability may be limited, especially for large orders. If you have specific color requests, we encourage you to reach out for the most up-to-date stock information.
