All of our products are designed and embroidered in Boise, ID. Please contact us for bulk orders such as sports teams.
CUSTOM LOGOS: There is a one-time digitizing/ set-up fee of $25 for custom logo orders. This only applies for new logos, we will keep your logo on hand for any future orders. This set-up fee does NOT apply if ordering together with our Adult hats as well, as our adult hat listings already include any digitizing charges.
PROCESSING: We will do our best to get all orders out within a week on average. Turn around times may vary - as we battle inventory shortages with suppliers. If you have a specific deadline, please message us and we will do the best we can to meet your deadline!

Hat is amazing!! The seller met every request and I couldn’t be happier. FedEx did damage the package during shipping. Package was wet with some sort of foul smelling liquid. Luckily the hat was well wrapped in plastic so it was not damaged, just smelled of the foul odor. Nothing a gentle wash won’t fix hopefully. Would definitely use this seller again!
