CUSTOM LOGO PROCESS:
1. Choose quantity and color.
Larger quantities = lower price per hat. If you need a specific quantity other than listed, please contact us.
2. Logo: We do not charge additional fee/ setup charge for logo digitizing. The price for getting a logo setup with us is built into our pricing. Each listing includes one logo up to 10k stitches. It is always encouraged you send us your logo prior to placing an order to ensure your logo is suitable for embroidery. Certain designs that have large amounts of detail and complex in nature may not work with embroidery as your printing method. Simple is always better!
For custom logos, please email us a HIGH resolution image of your logo to: ATLASBRANDS [!at] HOTMAIL.COM OR send us a message here (Etsy) with your logo as an attachment. Please send any additional relevant information as well.
Vector images such as pdf, ai, eps, png are preferred but not required. Very small lettering or images within your logo may cause certain challenges in some cases. If this is the case with your logo and we don't think a quality embroidery job is possible, we will reach out to you as soon as possible with those concerns. Most standard size logos pose no problem.
3. Once we receive your logo, we will work on getting your logo manually created into a stitch file. Due to the time-intensive nature of the digitizing process, we do this leg of the work after an order is placed. We will then send a mockup to you for approval. Please keep an eye out for the mockup as any delay may cause delay in production and shipping of your order.
PROCESSING TIME: Processing times vary depending on our current workload. We can get most orders completed and shipped within 1-2 week(s). This time frame may be extended slightly during busy times of the year. If you are needing your order by a certain date, please reach out and we will try to accommodate.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
