CUSTOM LOGOs: For custom logos/ designs, please send us your artwork when placing your order. There is a one-time set up/ digitizing fee to put your design into an embroidery specific format that our machine can recognize. This is an additional charge of $25 - we will have your logo on file going forward and would NOT need to pay this again for any future order with the same logo.
